Lichtwoche 2018
eclipse – paintings made for darkness
Ena Oppenheimer and lighting designer Tobias Reischle explored the experience of color on the borderline between darkness and light.
Since the pictures are partly painted with fluorescent colors, the different lighting resulted in a surprising color impression and made clear that perception is very variable and reality is not as rigidly concreted as we sometimes think. The Installation was part of the Munich „Lichtwoche 2018“ and could be seen as a glowing window in the darkness.
